UNVEILING OF THE SAMPLE RESIDENCE AT 90 MADHUKUNJ
A chance to view the future is always great. At Gokahle Constructions, we invited the home owners of 90 Madhukunj at Aundh in Spetmeber 2019, to walk through a sample residence- a first for Pune's redevelopment segment. Inaugurated at the hands of the home owners, the sample residence delighted everyone.

At roshan Consturctions, we cherish the traditions that shape Pune's age-old vastu. We celebrated these traditions, as we invited the home owners of Manomay at Karve Nagar to its Bhoomipoojan Ceremony. All the residents and families participated wholeheartedly in this warmth-filled ceremony, as Manomay took its first step towards a new life in July 2019.

On the auspicious occasion of Akshay Tritiya, in May 2019, Kothrud got ready for a new landmark, full of grandeur. We launched roshan Business Bay, a state-of-the-art business address, which is sure to transform the skyline of Kothrud. The offices and retail spaces recieved a tremdnous response on launch day.
